Please note that any coupons, discounts, or prepaid vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with party packages.

A $25 surcharge will be added to your party for any outside food except cake/cupcakes.

Additional Information: 

~ Pizza can be ordered upon booking or by phone before party date ($12 per Lg 1 topping pizza, delivered from Domino’s, we will call you the week of your party to confirm your pizza order)

~ Break for pizza/pop after 1st game of laser tag

~ Break for cake/cupcakes after 2nd game of laser tag

Tableware/Party Supplies: 

~We provide all napkins, plates, & cups for your party. 

~A cake knife, forks, and lighter are available upon request.

~Any additional tableware or decorations are welcome! (Please only scotch tape on walls, all helium balloons must have weights.)

NOTICE: Party Room size is based on the number of players booked for your party, not total guest count.*

~Small Room – Fits up to 12 players

~Medium Room – Fits up to 16 players

~Large Room – Fits up to 30 players

~We run up to 3 birthday parties at once!

Example:

~Party #1: Glow Party / 12 players = Small Room

~Party #2: Ultra-Glow Party / 13 Players = Medium Room

~Party #3:  Standard Party / 15 Players = Large Room

~If you have extra guests attending your party, we may not be able to accommodate seating for everyone at once.  We will do our absolute best to accommodate what we can to ensure a great party with us.

~We can always add or subtract players from your party tab when you pay at the end. No cash refunds will be offered for parties paid in full ahead of time.

~Please understand you will be assigned a room upon arrival based on your initial party booking.  If for example, you book for 16+ players, and only 7 players show up, please understand you will be reassigned to a smaller room upon arrival.

What if I have extra players who want to pay separate from the party?

~All players must be added to the party tab. You are responsible for the number of players that join your party.

How can we keep track of my player count?

~Once added to the tab, each of your players will receive a wristband exclusive to your party! (Players may not switch out during the games)
