How many players can play at one time?
42 players max per game
How long is 1 game of laser tag?
15 minute game times, but about 20 minutes from entering the briefing room, to exiting the game.
(Typically 1 hour per 3 games of laser tag)
Does Ultrazone sell food?
Yes, we have a concessions counter with a variety of options, Pizza is exclusive to birthday parties at this time.
Do you need to make Reservations for Laser Tag?
No, we sell our games on a walk in basis only. Reservations are only required for Birthday Parties or VR.
Do you have an ATM?
Yes
Do parents need to sign waivers for their kids?
No, Waivers are not required at this time.
How do you play Laser Tag?
We teach you how to play and split up the group into 3 teams rather than your traditional 2 teams.
Do you sell alcohol?
No, not at this time.
Do you have deals on your arcade?
Yes, Members & Birthday Parties receive a 20% bonus. We’ve kept our prices low on our games as they all accept arcade cards, and range from $.50 – $1.50
Birthday Party Questions
Do you provide tableware for birthday parties?
Yes, we provide paper plates, napkins, cups, forks, a knife to cut the cake, and a lighter to light the candles.
How early can I arrive for my birthday booking?
Your party room typically will be ready 10 minutes prior to your party start time.
It may however not be ready until your actual booking time depending on the clean-up from parties before.
How far advanced notice is needed to book a birthday party?
48hr advanced notice online, or call to see availability.
Can you add players to the party once you’ve booked online?
Yes, you can add or subtract players from your tab on the day of your party based on attendance. Please note that your party room may be upgraded or downgraded depending on availabilty. (No guarentees)
Can extra guests attend if they aren’t playing laser tag?
Yes, but please note that your party room is determined based on the number of total players, not the total guests.
Can you bring in your own food for the birthday party?
We ask that you do not bring any outside food or drink.
(Exceptions include- birthday cake or dessert, food allergies/sensitivities, $25 upcharge to bring your own food)
Is pizza included with the birthday party?
No, however, it can be ordered upon arrival for $12 per LG 1 topping. (Papa Johns)
Are Coupons or discounts accepted?
Please note that coupons, discounts, or prepaid vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any party package.
