Age requirement?

5 years old and/or 42″ tall

How many players can play at one time?

42 players max per game

Can we play with only our group?

Generally, No.
All of our laser tag games do have the chance that your group plays with others. For private events, please check out our Own The Zone option.

How long is 1 game of laser tag?

15 minutes of game time!
Takes about 20 minutes total from entering the briefing room to exiting the game.
(Typically 3 games of laser tag per hour)

Does Ultrazone sell food/drinks?

Yes, we have a concessions counter with a variety of options!
Pizza is exclusive to parties & own the zone events at this time.

Do I need to make reservations for laser tag?

No, we always accept walk-ins.
If you would like to buy your laser tag games ahead of time, click HERE.
Reservations are only required for Party Packages or Own The Zone bookings.

Do you have an ATM?

Yes

Do you accept debit/credit cards?

Yes, we have a $5 minimum and 50¢ surcharge on all debit/credit transactions.

Do parents need to sign waivers for their kids?

No, waivers are not required at this time.

How do you play laser tag?

We’ll give you a briefing on how to play and split players up into 3 teams rather than your traditional 2 teams.

Do you sell alcohol?

No, not at this time.

Do you have deals on your laser tag or arcade?

Yes, please see our deals/specials page HERE.
We’ve kept our prices low on our arcade games, they range from 75¢ – $1.50 per play.

Party Package Questions

Do you provide tableware for parties?

Yes! We provide paper plates, napkins, and cups.
Forks, a knife to cut the cake, and a lighter to light the candles will be provided as needed.

How early can I arrive for my party booking?

Your party room typically will be ready 10 minutes prior to your party start time.
However, it may not be ready until your actual booking time depending on the clean-up from parties before.

How far in advance do I need to book a party?

48-hours in advanced online, or call to see availability.

Is pizza included with the party packages?

Pizza is NOT included with our Standard or Glow party packages. However, it may be ordered upon booking or by phone before your party date.
Pizzas are Large 1-Toppings from Domino’s (starting Nov 1st, 2024) for $12 each.

Our Ultra-Glow party package DOES include 2 Large 1-Topping Pizzas, you may add extra pizza to this package for the same price listed above.

Can I bring in my own food for the party?

We ask that you do not bring any outside food or drinks.
(Exceptions include: Birthday Cake or Dessert, Food Allergies/Sensitivities, & Bottled Water)

A $25 surcharge will be added to your party if you bring your own food/drinks.

Can I change the number of players attending once I’ve booked online?

Yes! You can add or subtract players from your tab ahead of time by calling, OR let us know upon arrival.
Please note that your party room may change depending on availability.
(No guarantees on party room size can be made in advance.)

What if I have extra players who want to pay separate from the party?

All players must be added to the party tab. You are responsible for the number of players that join your party.

How can we keep track of my player count?

Once added to the tab, each of your players will recieve a wristband exclusive to your party! (Players may not switch out during the games)

Can I use coupons or discounts with my party package?

Please note that any coupons, discounts, or prepaid vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any party package.
(This includes but is not limited to: BOGO Coupons, ID Discounts, and Free Game Passes)

Can extra guests not playing laser tag attend my party?

Yes, but please note that your party room is determined based on the number of total players, not the total guests. We cannot promise seating for all guests, but will do our best to accommodate you as we can.
