Do we need to sign waivers?

Yes, waivers can be signed HERE.

Age requirement?

We recommend laser tag for ages 4 and up.

How many players can play at one time?

Up to 42 players per game

Can we play with only our group?

Generally, No.
All of our laser tag games do have the chance that your group plays with others. For private events, please check out our Own The Zone option.

How long is 1 game of laser tag?

Typically, 1 game will take 20 – 25 minutes from start to finish.

Does Ultrazone sell food/drinks?

Yes, we have a concessions counter with a variety of options!
Pizza is exclusive to parties & own the zone events at this time.

No outside food/drinks allowed in lobby.

Do I need to make reservations for laser tag?

No, we always accept walk-ins.

We do ask you to call ahead for groups 15+ so we can better serve you!

Reservations are only required for Party Packages or Own The Zone bookings.

Do you have an ATM?

Not at this time.

Do you accept debit/credit cards?

Yes, we accept debit/credit cards, tap to pay, and cash.

How do you play laser tag?

We’ll give you a briefing on how to play before the game starts.

(We will do our best to keep your group together during your games, however we cannot make any guarantees)

Do you sell alcohol?

No, not at this time.

Do you have deals on your laser tag or arcade?

Yes, please see our deals/specials page HERE.

We’ve kept our prices low on our arcade games, they range from 50¢ – $2.50 per play. New arcade cards do start at a $5 minimum.

Party Package Questions

What is the role of our “party host?”

Your party host will conduct the party so you can sit back and relax! They take care of everything from serving food to running your players laser tag games & clean the whole room for you!

Do you provide tableware for parties?

Yes! We provide paper plates, napkins, and cups.
Forks, a knife to cut the cake, and a lighter to light the candles will be provided as needed.

How early can I arrive for my party booking?

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to your booked time to verify waivers and check-in with your party host.

How far in advance do I need to book a party?

48-hours in advanced online, or call to see availability.

Is pizza included with the party packages?

Pizza is not included in our party packages.

You may order pizzas through us from Domino’s. Medium 1-Toppings pizzas are available for $15 each.

Pizzas being ordered through us must be in our system in advance.

Can I bring in my own food for the party?

You are more than welcome to bring in cake/cupcakes to celebrate! (We do allow wax candles as well, please no sparklers.)

NO OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS ALLOWED.

Can I change the number of players attending once I’ve booked online?

Yes! You can add or subtract players from your tab ahead of time by phone or email.

Please note that we guarantee space in your laser tag games for all players added PRIOR to day of.

We will do our best to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee space for players added day of.

(No guarantees on party room size can be made in advance.)

Can extra guests pay for themselves to play with the party?

Yes, depending upon game availability.

How can we keep track of my player count?

Each of your players will receive a wristband exclusive to your party! (Players cannot be swapped out.)

What happens if someone is late for the party?

Games do start promptly in order to stay on schedule. Latecomers are more than welcome to join the next game!

When do I pay for the party package?

A $50 deposit will be taken upon booking, the rest of the party package amount is due at the end of your party on the day of your event!

Can I use coupons or discounts with my party package?

Please note that any coupons, discounts, or prepaid vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any party package unless otherwise stated. (This includes, but is not limited to: BOGO Coupons, ID Discounts, and Free Game Passes)

This extends to all players with the party.

Can extra guests not playing laser tag attend my party?

Yes, but please note that your party room is determined based on the number of total players, not the total guests. We cannot promise seating for all guests, but we will accommodate you as best we can!
